Takla in Gata (Crayfish in Coconut Cream) - Alright, the first seafood in our list. Crayfish is very abundant in Bohol especially in the mangroves from Maribojoc to Clarin especially in the town of Calape. It looks like a shrimp or a lobster with a distinct oversize claw that produces a loud snapping sound. The taste also is slightly meaty than a shrimp or a lobster. The taste is very creamy and milky enough that it enhances the natural flavor of the crayfish and not to overpower it.
